To protect yourself from the scorching summer heat or the cold drizzle umbrellas are must-have items. Disneyland® allows guests to bring umbrellas in any season. You don’t want to get all sweaty or drenched while meeting your favorite characters, right?

Can you bring sunscreen into Disneyland®?

We know how you want your skin to be shining, shimmering, and splendid. So, don’t worry because your skincare is safe at Disneyland®. The park welcomes guests to bring their own sunscreen to make sure that their skin is protected the entire day.

Great news for families with little Disney dreamers! Strollers are allowed inside Disneyland®. Make sure that they are not greater than 31" (79 cm) in width and 52" (132 cm) in length.

Other must-bring items:

Autograph Book

Collect autographs from Disneyland®'s biggest celebrities: The Disney characters! Catch Mickey Mouse and Friends, and other beloved Disney icons as you walk around the park. Just like photos, a signed autograph book is a perfect way to relive the magic of Disneyland®.

First Aid Kit

Sure, fun comes first when you are at the Happiest Place on Earth. But if you want a super smooth experience at Disneyland®, packing a first aid kit is a must. The kit doesn’t have to be all packed like a doctor’s bag, though. It should contain basic first aid items like wound solutions, bandages, and some medicine for headaches, motion sickness, stomachaches, etc.

Lanyard for Pins

Lanyards are great for holding IDs and park tickets. But you know what’s even better? Guests can use it for one of Disneyland®’s most popular activities: Pin trading! Trade your Disney pins with Cast Members and collect Disney-mazing memories on your lanyards.

Reusable water bottles

Want to know another secret key to survive Disneyland® in any season? Hydration! As we mentioned earlier, Disneyland® adventures require lots and lots of walking. And to stay refreshed and recharged, don’t forget to have your water bottles refilled. Packing reusable water bottles will also protect the environment from single-use plastic.

This way, you’re making both Mother Nature and Mickey Mouse and Friends happy. Awesome, isn’t it?

Comfy clothes and shoes.

At Disneyland®, walking and running won’t be enough. You gotta groove and dance! And what’s better than dancing in comfy clothes and shoes to show off all your moves? We highly recommend that guests dress based on the weather. Since it’s getting hotter this summer, wearing light and comfortable clothes is highly advised.

Chargers and battery packs

Collect Disney-rific moments with your phone and handy cameras. Don’t forget to charge your devices to capture every magical moment. Packing chargers and power banks is also highly advised.

Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes.

Disneyland® parks implement strict sanitation and safety procedures. To feel 100% at ease, you can pack some hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes. We also highly recommend wearing face masks in crowded areas of the park to enhance safety.

Lip balm with SPF

As an ode to staying fresh while exploring Disneyland®, keeping your lips hydrated is also important. Packing a lip balm with SPF will help you stay fresh in any season. You don’t want your lips cracked and chapped in photos, do you?
