With the Lightning Lane Multi Pass, guests can select the next available arrival window for Lightning Lane entrances at select attractions, one at a time, all day long.

  20. Do Lightning Lane passes differ from Disney Genie+ service and individual Lightning Lane entrance access?
  21. Beginning July 24, 2024, Lightning Lane Multi Pass will be the new name for Disney Genie+ service, and Lightning Lane Single Pass will be the new name for individual Lightning Lane entrance access. The names are changing—but the passes will function the same as before.

  22. Already Purchased Disney Genie+ Service?
  23. You’re all set! There is no action needed for Guests who have already purchased Disney Genie+ service as an add-on to their ticket. If you’re visiting on or after July 24, pre-purchased Disney Genie+ service will reflect the new name and branding—but it will work the same as before. There will be no changes to the redemption and queue experience.

  24. Are there any height requirements for the rides at Disneyland?
  25. The minimum height needed for some rides is 32 inches. The most exciting part is when a guest reaches 40 inches tall! At this height, they can enjoy ten different attractions in both parks. A few rides have height requirements between 42 and 48 inches. To check the height requirements, you can use the Disneyland Mobile App. Just go to the map, tap on the attraction, and you'll see the ride details.

    With Rider Switch, supervising guests (aged 14 or older) can wait with those who aren't riding due to the reasons mentioned above. This allows the supervising guests to experience the attraction without waiting in line again. Rider Switch is available at all attractions in both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

  40. Can I use my own wheelchair or mobility device in the parks?
