In Disneyland®, Halloween Time comes early. And if you haven't purchased your theme park tickets yet, now is the perfect time! To give you a sneak peek of what you can expect this Halloween at Disneyland®, keep reading.

When does Halloween Time start at Disneyland®?

As we mentioned earlier, spooky season comes early in Disneyland®. Prepare your pumpkin buckets and get into the Halloween spirit because Halloween Time will return to Disneyland® Resort this August 22!

This year, special Halloween activities will take place at the Happiest Place on Earth and will run through October 31. Lots of spooktacular Halloween offerings await you this season, so make sure to grab your Disneyland® tickets now for the ultimate Halloween fun.

What to expect in Disneyland® Halloween Time 2025.

A lot! Halloween Time at the Disneyland® Resort is extra special and extra colorful this year, with exciting shows, vibrant Halloween overlays, and all-new Halloween-themed treats and merchandise. The Happiest Place on Earth will be decorated with pumpkins, ghouls, and other spooky creatures. You can also spot your favorite Disney characters in splendid Halloween costumes, plus your favorite Disneyland® attractions laced with unique Halloween decorations.

Visit Radiator “Screams”

Spook takes over Disneyland® Park

Halloween Screams

You can catch it on special nights during Halloween Time at Disneyland® Resort. It's a really cool Halloween experience that is fun for guests of all ages!

The spooky festivities start with a chilling hello from Jack Skellington, the “Master of Scare-omonies,” along with his ghostly dog, Zero, from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. As they vanish into the night, get comfy and prepare for a spine-tingling experience full of sights and sounds—photos of ghosts and famous Disney villains like Maleficent and Ursula the Sea Witch, all paired with a bunch of catchy Halloween tracks… it’s a non-stop show for sure!

At the grand finale, don’t be shy—sing or scream along! On select nights, you can also enjoy sparkling fireworks in the sky.

Haunted Mansion Holiday

Festively decorated mansion with grand columns and warm lighting. A large clock dominates the facade, surrounded by garlands. The porch is adorned with glowing jack-o-lanterns and holiday wreaths. A spooky figure in a striped outfit and Santa hat stands nearby. Tall trees frame the scene against a dusky sky, creating a magical holiday atmosphere.

Our ultimate Halloween king, Jack Skellington, has been really into sprucing up the Haunted Mansion for the Haunted Mansion Holiday. He’s adding some spooky, yet festive, decorations that totally pull from Tim Burton's classic, The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Enjoy an exciting time with spooky sights and fun surprises from Halloween Town! Meet Sally, Oogie Boogie, and other classic characters as they say "Season’s Screamings!" It will be a blast!

Disney’s Happiest Haunts: The Villains' Trail Guided Tour

Enjoy a delightful walk through Disneyland® Park, adorned with charming Halloween decorations. Capture a photo with the Hitchhiking Ghosts from the Haunted Mansion, grab a Lightning Lane pass for a ride, and relax with a great view of the Halloween Screams show at night!

Guardians of the Galaxy - Monsters After Dark

Mater's Graveyard JamBOOree

Mickey and Minnie love Halloween, and with Goofy and Donald Duck joining the fun, things get wild. Watch out for their friend Parker in a silly “mad scientist” outfit, creating potions! Plus, be on the lookout for bats, spiders, and ghosts!

Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party

Oogie Boogie Bash is happening from August 17 to October 31, 2025, on certain nights. Get ready for some awesome Halloween vibes with all the classic fall decorations like orange lights, fun bunting, colorful leaves, and a ton of pumpkins. It’s going to be a super fun time for the whole family after dark!

You can wander through Villains Grove at Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, grab some delicious treats, hang out with cool characters on the Treat Trails, and check out the "Frightfully Fun Parade!" Plus, if you want to make your parade experience even sweeter, you can reserve spots for the Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party.

Plaza de la Familia
